He served large food manufacturing enterprises such as Master Kong Holdings and Uni-President Enterprises in China, starting as a grassroots employee and successively holding positions such as quality engineer quality manager, equipment maintenance manager, production manager, general manager of the branch company, and vice general manager of the head office. In 2016, the founder's eldest son was diagnosed with autism, he resigned from all positions, took his everywhere for medical treatment, and underwent intervention therapy. During this period, he experienced countless hopes and despair, the vicissitudes of fate and the harsh reality made inner self grow significantly. After finally realizing that childhood autism is a lifelong incurable cancer, he chose home intervention as the final treatment method and worked hard to learn methods of autism intervention. Then in 2017, he opened a factory specializing in paper packaging products in his hometown. The new factory started as a processing plant with only a few employees, but thanks to the founder's business philosophy, the factory won the trust of a large number of customers with its high-quality and services, and the factory's scale continued to expand.
